Q: Why did we change our website?
A: In today’s world, which we know is largely based on the latest technology, it is essential that all companies revamp their website in order to meet the growing demand of user’s expectations. We feel that this new website provides a more customer-centric approach to Quickfinder’s online relationship with their customers. The new design is cleaner, functionality has been enhanced, and it is easier to quickly navigate around the site. Q: How do I register as a new user on the website?
A: Only persons wishing to order are required to register on our site. When you purchase a product (click Buy Now) you will be prompted to login. If you are a new user you will click the Sign Up Now link. You will then need to click the link that best fits you as a customer.
Options are:
1. My firm has an account with Quickfinder or PPC My firm has an account with Quickfinder or PPC
2. My firm does not have an account with Quickfinder or PPC
If you choose option 1, you will need to provide an account number and a zip code for this account.
If you choose option 2, you will need to provide the required information to have an account set up. Note: fields in red are required.

Q: What do I do if I forget my user ID or password?
A: Click the Forgot Password link on the Sign In / Setup Account page. On the Forgot Password page, enter the e-mail address you provided during the registration process and click Submit. An e-mail containing your user ID and password will be sent to the provided e-mail address.

Q: How can I search for something on the website?
A: You have two options to choose from. Simply enter your term(s) in the search box and then select either Site Search or Message Board and click Go. Please note that the Site Search searches both the site and the message board. However Message Board will only search message board contents.

Q: How can I view my invoices?
A: Click the My Invoices link located on the Left Navigation Bar and you will be prompted to login. The list includes all invoices for the last 2 years. Click an invoice number to view and print it. To track a shipment, click "Track".

Message Board FAQ’s
Q: Is registration required to use the Message Board?
A: Yes basic registration is required. If you are an existing Quickfinder customer, and logged in to the website you can use your existing account to post messages. If you are not already logged into the web site you will be prompted to enter only a Screen Name & email address. Full registration is not required for using Message Board only.
Q: How can I post to the Message Board?
A: You can start a new thread by clicking the New Thread button. If you are not already logged into the web site you will be prompted to enter your Screen Name & email address. If you find a topic that interests you click on that topic and then click Reply to Post.
Q: How can I search the Message Board?
A: You have two options for searching on the Message Board.
- You can do a search from the top navigation the Quickfinder site. Simply enter your term(s) in the search box and select Message Board and click Go.
- Once you have entered the message board system, you can search by clicking the Advanced Search link.
