Does anybody know if Corps are supposed to get 1099s? We heard something about it. This is for 2009 I think.

Your are not required to send Forms 1099s to certain corporations in the course of your trade or business; however, you are not forbidden from sending them, either! If you are a corporation, you may receive some. As long as your bookkeeping was good, it shouldn't make any difference in what you report. Why are you asking?
