Is the employer's portion of Social Security and Medicare on Schedule H deductible? If so, would it be on Schedule A? As always, than you for your help.

No it is not deductible. It is a cost of having household help.

It can be deductible as a medical expense (along with the salary) if the person employed is for the health care of a spouse or qualified dependent.

For housework, no.

If the employee is for child care so the parents can work, it's part of the child care costs.
