b\By having the fees deducted you used a bank product this means you will have a paper check mailed to you. I have answered this question at least a hundred times.

You will also pay a bank account fee for this service. Since you asked for direct deposit, you should receive a direct deposit to your bank account. The IRS deposit will be routed to TaxCut's bank, the bank will withhold the TaxCut fee and the bank fees, and then deposit the remainder to your bank account. Unless, the bank or IRS has to collect some moeny from you or addjust your refund. If you owe any funds to any Refund Anticipation Loan or Refund Account Check bank, then thosw funds will also be deducted and the balance deposited. If the IRS is collecting any funds or changes your refund, then you will get a check from the IRS, a seperate letter of explination, and you will have to pay TacCut for the filing.

1.) Call TaxAct not QuickFinder.

2.) Check the IRS information on rebates and also their Where's My Rebate? section for general and specific information.

3.) If you used a bank product (not directly into your own account via direct deposit but a detour through another bank to pay your fee), you will receive a paper check rebate on the paper check rebate schedule which is later than the direct deposit rebate schedule. Schedules are also on the IRS web site.

4.) The IRS will mail you a letter with specifics of how your rebate was calculated and when you will receive it. Cool down. Read the instructions.
