A couple married at the end of 2008,Husband never filed a tax return before (he came from another country just days before marriage, spouse filed her 2007 return as single and got her $600.00 rebate. Qestion: Are they entitled to the Recovery Rebate Credit for 2008?

File a MFJ return for 2008, enter wife prior year $600 on the work sheet. Income may qualify for the other $600.00 in 2008
