A married couple lived apart last 6 months of year & she can be considered unmarried and claim Head of Household, and he must file MFS. If he itemizes, does she have to?

She can file HOH.
I do not thinks so. There is no requirement for here to list the other spouse when filing as HOH. But he must list her on his return.
